Fronius India, a subsidiary of Fronius International GmbH, has successfully completed its skilling project, FACT, batch 4. The programme was designed to recognise and reward participants for their hard work and accomplishments, particularly for selecting "welding" as a career.
A 45-day Structured Training Programme: The Batch 4 training programme commenced on September 25, 2023 and concluded on November 30, 2023. This 45-day structured training programme attracted a diverse group of students from all corners of India-24 students was dominated by females (16 in total) , highlighting its inclusiveness and relevance.
