5 Questions to Sabrina

What's your job at Fronius?

I’m working in quality management and I’m responsible for internal/external auditing, including topics like ISO 9001 certifications or client audits. Also, the project “Integrated Management System” is very important to us, since the company's aim is to merge our existing ones. Moreover, I'm a trainer and my favorite training is “Quality is an attitude”.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

I want to make my contribution at Fronius, in order to further develop the organization. I’m always integrating my strengths while working and this helps me to achieve personal development.

What three words would you use to describe your role?

Strategic, communicative and sensitive.

What do you like most about your job?

I love working with people, especially when it comes to accompanying solution processes, where teamwork leads to success. Also, I think it’s great to find potentials and trigger improvements together with audit partners.

What’s your biggest achievement to date – personal & professional?

I’m really proud of the training “Quality is an attitude”. Until today, over 150 participants have joined my training and I’m getting feedback that motivates me to keep on going. I’m also very proud to have mastered my first olympic triathlon. The “Wolfgangsee Challenge” comprises 1.5 km swimming, 42.5 km roadbike and 10.8 km running. I focused on enjoying the challenge, rather than trying to be really fast – I wanted to reach the goal with a smile, which was exactly what happened.
